Portal-Auto Vehicle Inspection System
Our complex Portable Vehicle Inspection system is designed for inspection of cars of different configurations in the range of saloons, MPVs, 4x4, SUVs and minivans. It can detect a multitude of threats and contraband, including plastic weapons and explosives, illegal drugs, smuggled goods, and radioactive devices.
The main components of the system are the X-ray generator, which produces a high energy collimated bremsstrahlung, and the highly sensitive «Π»-form detector.
The “Portal-Auto” system is efficiently designed to combine high penetration and non-destructiveness with relatively low radiation output. It is safe for drivers, service personnel, cargo, and the environment.
The system is placed in a temperature controlled garage or container and is intended to work twenty four hours a day all year round. The inspection is carried out automatically and the Images are transmitted to the control room.
